Abstract

The real situation of people (youth, school failure, unemployment) in our society does not have natural causes; rather, it comes from the way our production and reproduction mechanism works; because it particularizes some problems that, on the contrary, are social by their very structure and affect the relationship between the individual and the community.

"The rights strategy (legal-formal democratic society/social contract) is a weak substitute for the dissolution of traditional class solidarity and family-based relations (blood ties); and ultimately can neutralize the need for new solidarities and different spaces and places to build community-type interpersonal relationships" that try to recover social ties and prevent "the legal universe and the monetary economy, by giving each one of us over to the indifference of money and of abstract law, to the confusion and indeterminacy of forms of life, destroy all possible articulation of identity and difference".
