The convergence between workability and agile work: Reflections, approaches and new possibilities

Abstract

The study proposes to dialogue through an Italian-Brazilian analysis about the new forms of work arising with the help of these new instruments, especially due to the labor changes that occurred in the two scenarios compared. The dialectical approach method seeks to answer the following questions: Can Lavoro Agile validate itself in a new (and potential) way of working in Brazil? Can investment in workers’ workability serve as a means to achieve this? Social changes will be visualized through the legislative insertion of the work modality recognized in the Italian field, Lavoro Agile, so that, later, through the social phenomenon of workability, the possibility of its validation can be verified, also in the Brazilian field. The typological-structuralist methodological procedure, with a view to investigating the two legislative fields. The exegetical method of interpretation will prospect the discovery of new legal parameters, visualizing contemporary events. The research is bibliographic and will be based on existing materials on the subjects under consideration. Due to the harmony between workability and Lavoro Agile, it is concluded that this phenomenon can serve as a new way to work in Brazil.
